Building a whitbread buggy using a 300tdi and don't want to run with the heater matrix what is the best way to pipe it or other options can I just run a short return pipe as though it had gone though the matrix or is it best to pipe it back in else where I'm running with a rear rad , cheers

I'd run a short return pipe as though it's gone through the heater matrix.
If you want to add a heater matrix either in cab or next to rear rad at a later date just replace that short pipe.

Please bear in mind that I have no opinion on which way to do this....but just fyi mine is working just fine with the heater in/out just blanked off. No problems at all, no air locks..etc..

Ive got to warn you - its a bit of a high tech method that needs some specialist tools....
....big bolts jubilee clipped into the ends of the cut off rubber hoses!
