I've been quite enjoying it so far... 2nd episode has been the least interesting so far but it was quite funny all the same.. not many cars though!
3rd episode is the best so far... and as for downloading it....
Amazon don't offer it for streaming in Malta, or I WOULD pay for it..
Right now they can go fornicate with themselves...

I'm finding the individual features too long, they could easily fit into half the show. Still don't see the point in the celebrity bit and I don't really understand the concept of the tour when the features aren't linked to the country they've travelled too.

Don't get me wrong there are plenty of bits that make me laugh but maybe I was just expecting too much?

After watching the first episode the programme has been consigned to the same place as their original Top Gear - the back of my mind - only being brought out when people update this post....

Along with F1, it's kinda interesting but there are always better things to do Wink

I say that about a lot of television - each to their own viewing (or not) habits.

I watched the Botswana one on Dave the other day and really enjoyed it, my lasting feeling of the new one is that the episodes drag on a bit and with it being on demand I tend to skip through a lot of bits. Dare I say it it's gone a bit American Shocked

They've done some amazing things but I think they should've let it die, it was getting kind of tired towards the end of the BBC days anyway and a lot of the time I don't remember to go watch it until I read it on here. With the old Top Gear I used to make a point of watching it live on the Sunday night otherwise people would spoil it talking about it at work the next day. No one ever mentions the grand tour.

Hmmm, I would've had the Fiat 124 spider version of the mazda... but maybe that's just because I have a soft spot for the original.

Forgot all about watching the grand tour :/
