Usually come in 31x15.50-15, early ones by Avon as the Tredlite. the other is made by Mitas called the TR-06.Two biggest catches with them is the speed rating of A8 which equates to 40 km/h or 25 mph and being stamped NHS (Not for Highway Service)

I'm disappointed at the size you suggested, they look wider and lower profile than that. The picture must be deceptive.

These are 31x15.50-15 Simex Tredlite (a make i forgot about)
