There social media sites are very much active, instagram, facebook etc so yeah I'm guessing they are.
I know the bushes can be a nightmare to get hold of though I've had a set of calmini front arms sat in the garage for years needing bush replacments. I keep meaning to send them or take them to a place that manufacturers bushes bushes as there bound to have something. Powerflex is your best bet.

I tried to purchase a thousand pounds worth of new suspension kit from them and still couldn't raise their interest and from what I've heard they don't keep any stock of anything on the shelf.

Not sure what style bush you're after but powerflex have always been helpful with giving dimensions..etc... This is their universal range:
http://www.powerflex.co.uk/i/product_images/Cat_2789_black.pdf
If the outer bush is the right size, but bolt size wrong you could always try mix and match with your old ones?

it does amaze me how any company selling on the web can still fail to respond to emails
i run an online business and have to constantly check the junk email folder as sometimes emails from customers end up there.
i sometimes have to get one of my usa customers to get things for me and post them onto me in the uk.
i last got some bits from low range off road.
good luck on your bush quest

I was trying to contact calmini in the USA direct but they don't seem interested in having my money I've never tried powerflex. I also tried to contact mountain goat performance and I was reliably informed that they have ceased trading. France may be your best option did you vote in or out only kidding.

i voted in as when 40% of what i sell goes outside the uk anything that makes it harder or more expensive to sell will affect my business
also a lot of what i sell i have to buy in from outside the uk as it is not made here!

After research I found that the EU was making it harder and more expensive to sell world wide coupled with the fact that people in European EU countries can't afford to buy "luxuries" so I voted out - glad I did too worldwide sales are improving since the 23 June
