The seat belt mounts were done prior to me buying it not the best job but it was already done. I think every vitara I've had has needed work around that area including the one I just bought with 70k on it and one owner!!
Otherwise a strip at the back were the tailgate meets the back and a couple around the front footwell
The sills were surprisingly good and I felt bad cutting them out but I wanted box sills before I crushed them anyway!

Pinky has just arrived. The mrs is having Kittens and moaning like mad at me. I have had to put a cover on it outside my garage because she is embarrassed by it.
It needs a fair bit of body work for sure but not to worried by that. The exhaust has a slight blow and the fan belt squeaks and i think what is common for these the electric windows are slow and not working.

Will take some shortly mate.
I have just had the car inspected and nothing to serious most of the things are due to the age of the car.
When i get the report i will post it as people on here may be able to advise me more on it.

Have you checked for an insurance premium for it yet?
I was going to buy a C cat Discovery the other day very cheap - I changed my mind for the following reasons
Once a C cat always a C cat - you have to declare the fact if you sell it, even if you have it repaired professionally.
Getting insurance... the cheapest I was quoted on comparison sites was £400 but if I declared it was a C cat then when I found someone who would insure it (after a lot of persuasion) the premium was almost £700 - the disco just had a few dints on the bonnet, grill and bumper - would have cost between £5 and £700 to repair but I would never make my money back and the insurers wouldn't issue the policy until all the repairs had been done and a new MOT showing that the vehicle was safe for the road
