200tdi engine into 300tdi discovery

After a bid of advise ive got a 300tdi es auto with a dud engine and ive got a 200tdi which has seen better days but the engines mint so im planning on dropping it in to the 300 on the auto box and wondering what needs swapping? I know the turbos are diffarent so im planning on swapping the full manafold/turbos over going to use the 200 rad i can sort the wiring to suit so thats not a problem anything else im going to need to swap over??

Engine mounts are in a different position, so they'll need cutting off and new ones welded in the correct position.
AFAIK the engine backplates are different, so you'll need to swap them over or the engine won't mount to the autobox.
I think that's the two main jobs other than the exhaust and rad, which you've got organised already. Everything else are small/fiddly jobs?
