Has anyone successfully registered a Defender 110 with 9 seats as exempt from the London Congestion Charge, on the grounds that it has 9 seats or more?
Ok, ok, you might say why would I ever drive into Central London (wit a Defender 110).

Hi,

But if you only have a Cat.B licence, the question is academic ... cos you are not licenced to drive a nine seat anything.
