So a land rover drove into the side of me yesterday, took my front wing out. The steering isn't effected and all looks sound. I will need to replace the wing and bumper etc. just need some Ideas what to do with the inner wing and how to replace it??

As above insurance company would right that off. First job I would do, Would be measure across the strut tops against a non damaged one to check the chassis has not been pushed in as well, and then go from there.

That isn't the strut top that is crumpled it's just the inner wing
I would take some measurements to make sure the chassis hasn't been damaged as well though.
As Aniesigh says if the chassis is straight just chop the inner wing off another vitara and weld it in.

tbh don't look that bad wheel looks to be in the correct place rim looks to be undamaged just off the bead most of it will pull out with a bit of time spent, try get it as best you can get the panels from scrap yard see how it looks

Looks like it would pull out with a little effort, I've straightened several crumpled vehicles with little more than a big bit of wood at a lever and a few bits of rope
Ratchet straps and a tree are helpful too.

I took a look at the blitz web site and used it asa gauge on how much vit I need to have for it to still be a vit, if the chasis is fine then I would cut the middle out, put a box steelcross bar in and fabricate a new inside and stick a wing on the outside.
