Wheel and tyre choices for my patrol?

Hi Folks,

Can any of you seasoned nissan patrol drivers give me a hand with wheel and tyre sizes.
I'd like to know if i can put 15" wheels with 35 x 12.5 x 15 tyres on my patrol. I know i need to lift it by about 4" but I'm just not sure if 15" wheels will go on at all or how they'll look on a vehicle this long.

any advice gratefully received.

we have 33 12.5 15s on weller 8 spokes on a lwb patrol y60 and the wheels look spot on

BUT patrols have a wider hub than normal 6 stud vehicles so you may need to get the centers cut out a bit or use a bit of a spacer

Get the correct wheels in first place and you wont need spacers,

mine are white 8 spoke mangels, -22 offset 8x15, got them from
devon 4x4 wearing 33/12.50 15 KL71's,

I have an old (1993) Y60 Patrol and am looking for a set of standard steel rims from all you guys with new WIDE ones. I have hunted the net, but no luck yet.

In case any of you still have a set of 16 x 5.5 steel ones taking up space in your garages, I'd like to help take them off your hands Wink

I look forward to hearing from you or a friend with spares or a site where I can buy some...

I have been looking for these wheels everywhere. Devon 4x4 cannot even recall them, it has been ages! Shocked

By any chance if you are selling them or know any other source them please keep me informed! Joining this forum was the only reason to email you. I need them for my Hilux Surf, 2nd gen.
