the two clamps go round the tube thats inbetween the front chassis legs .on the end there should be 2 bolt holes for 8x1.25 threaded bolts [ or normal metric 13mm ]

I thought it was missing something, it has no clamps with it not sure if I can just buy replacements or use some thin plate and longer bolts to sandwich it?

you see that half round thing ,bottom right . thats a clamp . it fits over the tube/bar and bolts on to the bull bar its self . you should have two of those and they are help in place by two 10.1.5 thread bolts [17mm] on each side .
