Was chatting with my local independent land rover specialist about the pro's and con's of upgrading my L322 Range Rover to a much younger Sport. He advised against it saying the Sport was evil as to remove the turbo-charger or the engine for repair/maintenance it is first necessary to remove the body Exclamation Exclamation Exclamation . Don't fancy that much. Shocked Rolling Eyes

Someone in LR should be getting their a**e well kicked for signing off on that bloody stupid idea. Evil or Very Mad How many people will have a two-post lift to raise the body in the air when they get to a price that normal people can afford Rolling Eyes Question DO they tell people that the body has to be lifted off for maintenance or is that a hidden secret to stop people doing their own work Question

You used to have to lift the bodies off them to do a belt on the rear of the engine, some tells me it's now done by touchy feely and mirrors. The L322 eat rear tyres if you stick to the Pirelli's most come from the factory on, and wishbone bushes wear on the front as well.
