Looks like a cool idea, are you going on an overland trip then or have you just run out of space in the truck for stuff?
And How are you going to operate the hyd trailer brakes?

you need a stronger A frame at the front not a single tube that will bend too easy if you have to reverse the trailer back at angles or up hill etc
also with the A frame at the front the spare wheel drops between the two tubes A frame needs to be shorter or you will ground out over hills and dips
have a look here

looks a good build . keep it up and please post the end result .

at one time folk got very upset when random posts popped up in the middle of a build thread .so why not see it through to the end and then see what posts have to say . Wink

i`d be a bit wary of putting fuel cans at the back end , just incase some tool decides to rear end you . you could however substitute fuel cans for water cans .
it does however look very balanced as it is . Smile

no brakeaway cable to put the brake on for when you loose it either
but looks good but as said ring and pin there is only limited travel on a 50mm ball caravan type was never make to cope with those angles
i certainly would not use that coupling again now after it's come off
