Its either this one, which even has Strata Florida Abbey on the cover:-
http://www.shop.ordnancesurveyleisure.co.uk/pro...pid-9780319228944
Or it could be the one of the 2 maps below it.
Apologies I cant be more specific but I sold all me OS maps when I left the UK.
The one I've linked to above is worth getting though as it covers Happy Valley and a few other good lanes.

Done it with friends a couple of times. If you put it into YouTube you'll find plenty of videos.
Do NOT do it if the rivers are high.
Better not to do it alone.
It is very remote so if something goes wrong it is a long walk out.
There is no mobile phone coverage.
Stick to the route.

Jack,
Not being funny, but have you looked at the route on a map yet? That will tell you the length, and to be honest I've never bothered to measure it.
Time, as long as it took. One all day because we stopped for a picnic and to watch the kites.
In the late 1960's it used to be used as a selective on road rallies!!

I've driven it 10+ times over the past 5 years.
If you stick to the right of way, then all terrain tyres should be fine. It is all hard stony and rocky ground.
When you drive it you will see where others have gone off piste and made a mess.
As Graham said dont drive it if its high. I drove it once after a night of torrential rain and one of the crossings was 5ft deep and halfway up the windscreen.
Was great fun, but looking back it was bloody dangerous.
The other times I've driven it the deepest crossings have been about 2-3ft deep.
allow 1.5+ hours to drive it. Soar Mynd is quite a nice lane near the Southern end of Strata.
