I've lifted my truck about 3 inches and was wondering if panhard rod brackets will need to be moved to lower rod down again. Its offroad only if that makes any difference

Regardless of truck make, if you lift on the suspension i.e. drop the axle then the axle will move towards the chassis anchor of the panhard rod
Lowering the bracket by the corresponding lift will correct it and also turn the bracket into a lever with the possbile effect of twisting the chassis, so you may find it a lot better lengthening the panhard rod - maybe putting some adjusting arrangement on it
