I had Gwagon axles on my Jimny,
The front axle needed the diff flipping as it runs the wrong way

Diff lockers on them are hydraulic, need some form of master cylinder to put pressure to them and keep it there not just momentarily. and as said front diff on some (all?) of them are counter-rotating but i think they run a divorced transfer box so you could (dependant on ratio's) run a G-wagon transfer box too which would get over that problem and uprate your transfer box at the same time. which then leaves you with just needing an engine and box if you ever go for bigger lump

that sounds like a lot of work to get them sorted as may well try patrol y60 61 then as they are centre as not too much stress on the prop ? as it off road not on road or landrover ??

The older ones (w460) runs the 'wrong' way.
The newer (w461/463) runs 'normal' but might be harder to find to a decent price.
Just get the original sylinders to control the difflocks. It's pretty basic stuff.
Why not run G transfercase?
I ran 37" tires on my Gwagon, never broke a thing
