A mate has just removed the air suspension from his disco and fitted springs,

now the warning light and sounder are dinging all the time,

can you help sort this out with what he needs to do.

thanks

bob.

Put the air back? It could help to attract the people who do know if you changed your thread title to something a bit more specific than 'help'. Which model Disco, 2, 3 ?

I would guess you need a computer diagnostic access to tell SLABS there is no air anymore. Who supplied the conversion kit, can they not help?

Td5 then. Best get the slabs ecu set to rest of world settings. These will ommit the air bag settings.

Take it to a land rover specilist with the proper test book and it should take a few mins to do. Will take longer to plug it in than to switch off the air spring sensors.
