How do you guys go about keeping water out the dizzy? Keeps giving me proplems on my 98 4.0 G/C.

Thanks for the advise I'm working on it now.

Is the small 1cm round black cover on top of the dizzy cap a breather? It's loose and doesn't feel sealed?

Yes it's a breather. There's a hole in the bottom of the distributor below the cam sensor, that will allow water in if you get water up that high.
