im thinking of putting the rads in the back of my bobtail as im having problems with them blocking in the front!! im thinking of running stainless pipes down one side either inside or up underneath!!
my question is being that what i plan to do will ad a couple more litres of water to the coolant system will the standard waterpump be ok or do i need to fit another pump??

The mass of the water isn't a problem once it is moving.
The friction from the pipe is an issue, so the pipes need to be a decent size.
On mine I believe the steel pipes add more cooling surface area, which offsets any pump flow loss.
Which is a good reason to have them underneath in a closed cab.

on my truck that Allisport Built the cooling system on they used 38mm ali tube for the front to back runs,
you are aware that if you run it inside the vehicle, it has to be covered & the panels covering the pipe have to be painted red to meet msa regs

I used 38mm aluminium pipes on my old trialler. Aluminium will conduct the heat out much better than steel pipes, and it looks nice. Probably cheaper than stainless to.
