|
Hi all i have just fitted a roughly 3" lift kit, rough country 3" coil springs x4 shocks (llama 4x4) and heavy duty 5 leaf springs from mansfield has actually come out closer to 4" but i guess will settle with time. My question is my jeep doesnt have a rear roll bar and since the lift the front roll bar links are catching the coil springs, i have removed the roll bar for the time being but am keen to get it back on what is the best and cheapest way to remedy this ? extend drop links/discos any suggestions welcome

Cheapest way is to drop the sway bar mounts from the chassis to bring it back into line with the lift...
I've got some random spare drop brackets lying around so give me a shout and I will sort you out...
David

Thanks for all your help David, brackets on dropped the roll bar and handles alot better on the road again. Just got to source some tyres now not sure to go 31" or 30" depends what i can get hold of cheap after spending all my pennies on the rough contry 3"lift with new springs.

I junked my rear anti-roll bar and fitted JKS Quicker disconnects at the front.
In a similar quandary regarding tyres, think I'll go for 30" as I don't want to adjust steering stops.
