no.

no because that would still be illegal.
BUT. you are allowed to use hydrocarbon based oils in ADDITIVE quantities. But as yet there is no definition of additive..........
what are you not going to put it in?

you can`t use red on the road , not only is it illegal but could result in a massive fine or worse your vehical could be siezed from you .
now if its an off roader only then theres no reason you cant use it .

In the winter I 50/50, but after reading one of your other posts I will use some petrol to help thin the wvo. Do you add the petrol in the car tank or the settle tank?

i add in the cubbie.
i find it easier to carry a couple of cubbies out to the car and pour through a long necked funnel.
i add 18 litres of oil to 2l of misfuel.
anything +3 or lower i chuck a fivers extra diesel in 40L
but dont forget im in a ssangyong and it can handle lower temps.
you can see the difference from when you fill the cubbie to when you pour it out.
really thin.
may try to get some cheap acetone this year.
