Rustoleum
if you dont mind orange peel...
paint it orange. would work well., failing that you could try some dulux weathershield

Synthetic paint rollers on pretty well as long as you thin it down loads!
That's the way to get best results with a roller, apply lots of very very thin coats.

Quick drying machine enamel works a treat. Touch dry in 20 mins and tough.
Not cheap though, cost me just over £100 a few years ago for about 7.5l
