Silverline and one other are the only importers in the UK these days of Cooper Tires. I don't know what Silverline wholesale them out at, the prices you get quoted are going to be very close if not all the same, not unless someone takes a dive on them just to turn them over.

I was talking to silverline at the show seems like anything bigger than 35 in an aggressive patturn is going to get harder to get hold of due to leglation hes advice if you want bigger is to personly import them
Paul at westcoast seem to be able to get massis treps in 37_40 sizes
I thoght my 40,s mt baja claws was exspensive till i saw a set of 35/10.5 fedimia cost £2000 ouch

American made tires need a DOT code on them, to make legal to use on various countries roads, without DOT codes and E markings you can't/not supposed to use them on UK roads and in Europe.American tire companies less and less are producing large diameter tyres suitable for UK and European use to save the expense of going through the tests and paperwork that DOT and E-marked tyres need for them to be used.If they are suggesting personnel imports thats because it's not going to be worth their while bringing this large diameter stuff in.I don't think the changes in how tyres are made as in low decibel, made with clean oil, etc got half the tyres banned from use that the EU wanted so expect more changes.

Ive been searching the country for some 37s and after no luck I settled for some 35x12.50 Baja claws from silver line, 5 on steels cost me 1158 and they are plenty big enough I was just being greedy looking for 37s.

they still sell them at that price i think... they have another container in soon!

i love them on the road, well behaved and good grip... handles just like it used to on 31s (on rails)

they clog easilly in thick mud unless you air them down (fitted on board air with the cummins conversion so its easy to air back up) 15psi with no bulge in the side wall... tempted to try 10psi next trip out!
