New diff is in the back axle, but the (new) 4-bolt flange is way shorter than the 3-bolt it's replacing...

I've done the ol' Google thing, and had a hunt round, but can't find any straight answers - is there a spacer supposed to fit (as per the guide at http://www.discoweb.org/rotoconversion.htm), as I can't find any mention of it elsewhere. The parts catalogue makes no mention of it, showing the 4-bolt as a straight replacement for the 3-bolt...

Who's done the conversion, and what am I missing?

Cheers!
