just converted my cherokee to lpg had a donner car of the same speck to remove it from. i didnt here it running before it was removed, due to wrong filler? conversion all done put gas in flipted the switch... nothing! drove it up the road it switched over then cut out . to the point it will only rev over 2500 , anything under it splutters then dies i think its getting to much gas . can it be ajusted Question

yes on the regulator which is usually aluminium has the two water hoses going to it depending on the type of reg depends on where the screws are but u should have a diaphrame pressure screw and a mixture secrew u need to shut the mixture screw almost all the way and open the pressure screw almost all the way this should make it run then u shut the pressure screw until the engine struggles to idel then open the mixture screw until it idels properly this is just a rough setting and will need to be checked on a co meter or even better read the lambda probes. depending on the system u have fitted it may need to be programmed if its a lambda feedback system it probarbly will as they loose their settings if powerd down. resetting the control unit will have to be done by someone who has the software and lead. if u let me know what make of reg and if it has one the control unit ill see if i know anyone who has them.
