Had a good time, saw a few cars I recognised off here but didn't see any people, everyone must have been hiding from the rain!
Anyway, a few photos here, post yours below

Cool pics there mate, what let go on the first pic? Rose joint on the end snap or something?
Also, there appear to be many (many!) stuck vehicles which is always good for a laugh!

A bracket sheared on the hub. That part of the lake catches a lot of people out, it has a crust on the top but is like jelly underneath, you can feel it move under foot, to drive on it you need either a light truck or wide tyres, as soon as you break the skin you go down to the chassis and you just can't get the truck back onto the surface so have to be dragged all the way back. Trucks go in to try pull them out but as soon as they spin a wheel it breaks the surface and they sink too. All good fun

The buggies look to go really well.
I was camping down the far end near the fence, I saw your buggy a couple of times parked near a square caravan but never saw anyone stood by it to say hi. Most of sat I was on the campsite trying to fix someone elses truck, ended up hiding in an awning sat night due to rain then by the time it stopped I was beyond walking around to talk to people and sunday mainly dragging people from around the lake

The buggy went out most of saturday until I did some deep water and got the coil pack soaked..
It dried out Sunday and ran perfectly.. but didnt offroad it Sunday as the back was sitting low on one due to low air pressure in the suspension
Note to self.. move and water proof the coil pack.. and take a diving cylinder next year

What caused that then? Mine seemed to adopt a gangster lean this weekend, not looked into why yet but the bushes are pretty shot so i'm sure that doesn't help!

Im running standard MGF spheres with oil and nitrogen in.. I lost a small amount of pressure after a days playing.. then lost more trying to connect a 12v compressor to it
A dive bottle would of been much better..
In hind sight I should of just left it as it was and played on the sunday with that corner just sitting low..
The suspension did take a lot of abuse on the saturday

Nothing serious with the buggy then!
Some of that mud is nasty, once you've broken the surface theres nothing underneath to grip on. Other parts of the side have rock underneath so you can push out.
This was my effort a few months ago over the other side, it was one of those that every time you tried to move it just got worse. All part of the fun

i am writing this with regard to posts that have been deleted from this thread i realise not everybody will see the relevance but felt this needed to be said
chinese whispers!!!
purpose of off roading? as i thought group of like minded people pursuing a hobby for enjoyment and social interaction like in any aspect of life there are always two sides to a story. the truth will always come out you would have to be very foolish to think that people dont speak to each other through other means than a public forum. why would you bother taking part if you cant handle a bit of banter from your associates by banter i mean a friendly laugh and joke. how sad it is that these things escalate very quickly into back stabbing and personal insults not said to peoples faces but behind there back. we all become the but of the joke at some point thats what its all about lies and disparaging comments about people do not make things any easier its a shame the posts had to be deleted seemed to be just a bit of harmless banter.

It's a good job that banter is better accepted in person at events or they wouldn't be much fun.

if you dont brake it your not trying hard enough
looking at some of the marks on the prop i hit it on a few rocks so it dented it and put a few groves in it so it become weak than let go
