Hi nat,
this might be another trivial question but...
just wondering how you managed to get the nuts on the bolts through the firewall that secure the hx and the changeover valve.
had a look in the manual and it doesn't seem to show a way of getting to the back of the firewall.
i can see it through the vents just below the windscreen but how do i get my arm in there to put on the nuts?!!
cheers,
lube

Could you not have a setup where you ran normal diesel out of a second tank until the engine was hot and then switch to veg oil in the normal tank? Would this save the need for heaters and the like?

On peugeots many people bypass the thermostat in them so they run all the time. If it's possible this would be a good idea.
