hello there
i am hoping one of you nice people can offer some advice. we are looking to hire a 4wd camper to travel from perth to broome next september as part of our honeymoon. have any of you hired a camper and done simular and can recomend a good company to deal with. also i have a vague memory of seeing in a mag awhile ago about a company who rents 110`s. i know what you are thinking stick to 70 series cruisers but i fancy a real adventure.
any advice/help would be very greatfully received.

www.australia4wdrentals.com is based on the Perth side, there is a company who rents out landrovers, from memory they are $200 per day and include basic camping equipment. I'll see if I can find their website.

Bit late, obviously, but I worked at Britz for a few months when I was in Australia and they hired out 4WD campers.
Australia is practically owned by Toyota so you'll be quite a rarity on the roads in a Land Rover, although we spotted a few here and there (usually owned by expats I think ).
If you haven't been before, you'll absolutely love it! That's a stunning part of Australia and if/when we go back it's probably the bit we'd do again.
Also, it'll be heaving in Broome at that time of year so make sure you get booked up early!
