I weighed in on Friday morning at about 05:20 before I went to work. I can't get onto Difflock at work now. I was 15 St dead. Friday is dress-down day at work (for the benefit of the management) so it wasn't until Monday that I thought I was wearing my dads trousers. I have been good all weekend but I am enjoying a beer and some peanuts because I am off until Friday night....

Going to be working O/T shift tonight so, instead of weighing in tomorrow morning, I weighed myself this morning. I'm a smidge disappointed because I can see a difference of only 1Lb but at least it is in the right direction.
Current weight 14st 13Lb.
I will probably lose it a bit quicker when I start getting some proper excercise, riding my bike and working on the truck, instead of prepping/painting the house.

Did they break when you stood on them?
Matt you should show them your weight, they won't feel so bad then
Also, you should hurry up with your range rover, it's exercise!!!

I have been on nights this week, so I weighed in this afternoon, after two mugs of tea and...............
ta daaaaaaaa, 14st 12Lbs.
I am now out of my 44 waist trousers and into loose fitting 40" waist trousers. The weight has mainly gone off my legs and ****.
I have stopped counting the SPAM, just eating sensibly, avoiding white rice, white bread, pastry and spuds - except roasties for a treat on Sundays.

welcome to my life.............................
ok, time to come clean.
this was my idea, a mass diet for team chaos.
but because i`m currently working for an old chinese family that i have known for 20 years, i didnt fancy my chances so just sat on the side lines eating what i usually eat.
so, how come my 38" trousers are falling off me and the new 36" ones are a bit loose.
gonna try get into my 34" jeans tomorrow.
just to spur you all on, and BTW, you all owe team chaos money

In the last 24 months I've gone from 22st to 16 st 4.
Was 17-1 in jan, checked yesterday at 16-4
No special diet, just avioding the cafe & dodging less salad. Def no excercise - less people die whilst having a fag in the arm chair than do out jogging!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
down from 46 waist to 40 & heading for 38.
It's quiet amazing what you can do when the doctor tells you to diet or your feet will rot & fall off followed by blindness & death!!!!
Dont have a target but cracking below 16 would be good
Do i get a prize????????? Maybe a box of cakes

14St 10Lbs this morning
I'm actually losing weight faster than the dieticians recommend. I put it down to 1 Hr 10 Mins of brisk walking on working days, refusing all the cakes, biscuits and stuff that are offered around the office and getting stuck into painting/decorating on my days off. I would lose even more if I didn't have beer on some of my days off but I don't want losing the weight to be a big chore.
I feel bad not owing TC any money, so instead of having a blowout and deliberately missing my targets, I'll chuck in a £ for every Lb lost so far.

Lost another lb this week. Might have lost 2 but I had a couple of mugs of tea before I weighed myself, stoopidly. Still no alcohol. Almost lost the taste for it. Weird.

I should have joined in on this one!
I smashed my knee up over eight years ago and have piled on the weight as no longer able to excercise. I weighed myself last November and I was 17 stone.
My wife then happened to come home talking about a chinese guy locally that is doing acupuncture for weight loss so I have given it a go.
Last time I weighed I was down to 13 stone 4 lbs! So over 3 1/2 stone lost so far! I've gone from being "obese" to "overweight"
Looking to drop another stone and reckon that will be great.

I weighed in on Friday morning but forgot to post up. Fresh out of the shower and before me morning cuppa I weighed in at 14St 8Lbs. I don't know whether I will keep shedding at such a rate though - I haven't had a ciggy since last Thursday. A bike ride is in order tomorrow methinks...

Excuses up front: I still haven't had a ciggy. It is now 3 weeks and 2 days.
I weighed myself this morning after a shower, haircut and clipping my toenails but the scales stubbornly stuck at 14St 10Lbs
Like Tracey, stopping smoking has made me find food very attractive again. The good news is that I can already ride my bike further, faster and get my breath back quicker than I could 3 weeks ago, so hopefully the weight should start dropping again.
