Jesus! what on earth was the car driver doing?
he only just missed the first wagon wich could have been a lot worse! __________________________________ Suzuki Jimny Mode - For the road

it is a long sweeping corner though so i am trying to figure out how they went wide enough into the wrong lane and continue __________________________________ Flat oot like a dukes fit

I just looked at it on google earth,
the car came over the flyover & has come down the wrong lane & has missed going on their own lane to slip into the inside lane to Aberdeen.
Every time i go up the slip road & continue towards the harbour i end up in the wrong lane near the Loch, the road markings are terrible.
They are nearly invisable after the winter.
Twice motorbikes have ended up coming out a junction & been inside me & in my blindspot.
My fault.
know what you mean about the markings it is tragic
i normally go the marywell pipe yard back road in the morning not as busy __________________________________ Flat oot like a dukes fit

I lived in Inverness a while, traveling to the west coast atleast once a week.
More in the summer I saw loads of near misses of cars coming off junctions heading the wrong way, the foreigners forgetting theyre in Britain. __________________________________ 95 Suzuki Sammie - gone to portsmouth

very lucky for both parties to walk away.
atleast the roadhawk shows the car is in the wrong and not the lorry. __________________________________ Founder of the Difflock Ginger Goatee Club! (which seems to be lost somewhere)

The truck driver didn't stand a chance -- just clipping a Corsa like that at 60+ ---could have been a LOT worse. He's lucky it went over on grass , and hooray for the roadhawk -presumably fitted by insurers.
Poor road markings or not, there is NO excuse for going the wrong way-it's iether lack of attention or sheer stupidity. __________________________________ Sometimes my wife calls me Victor.........

The 20 year old female driver of the Corsa has been charged with driving the wrong way on the dual carriageway. She was lucky, didn't get through without hitting anythig and ended up wedged under the other,I think, artic.
There was another one there this Monday, a 4X4, if you can call it that, (Ssangyong/Daewo Rexton) overturned after the driver lost control towing a trailer with "metal posts", which looked remarkably like fairly substantial H beams from a portal frame building to me.
