Steel suppliers in NE Scotland?

Looking for 3m of 100 x 60 (or 80) box section for my sills - anyone in the NE have any contacts? The main stockholders only do it in 7.5m lengths...

Or if anyone up this way is planning the same, we could go halves on it?

Just go in and see them mate we managed to buy off cuts for next to nothing from 1 in glasgow.

steel place, can't remember the place, corner of Wellington street east and waterloo quay. They do good deals.

Also try Sandy Adams near Fordoun who has his own fabrication business. I bought my last lot of steel from him. He (is/was) a club member and very helpful/knowledgeable. Ken

they delivered free, yes i got 7.5m lengths, as thought spare bits might be usefull for other projects

you may be able to get cut-offs though if you phone them
