All sorted now, had to leave it overnight and walk to a main road to be picked up by a mate. Helpful local farmer tractored me out the following morning
I'll get some pics up later, I didn't think to take any of it stuck but I've got one with it recovered and covered in mud
Stupid thing was I was only doing a recon exercise on a new lane and the left front slipped off the lane into a horrible muddy ditch. Didn't have the recovery gear with me (nor anyone locally) because I wasn't expecting for it to be that kind of lane. Lesson learned...

I had done a similar thing before just ened up driving alond a farm track on the way to climb a hill (with premission) parked off the badly rutted track and got stuck, much to my friends amusment didnt have any gear so had to use the standard scissor jack and a few planks of rotten wood and stones to get me out
id of given alot for hi lift and waffles that day
