Hi Damian
These are the listings I have for 13" wheels. Caravans will be the same (generally) as trailers. It depends on your ply rating (if there's one on there) and a few other things - load speed rating etc.
If it's the 2/3 berth, single axle, have a look and see if there's a load index rating on the tyre....
The load capacity (in kg) and PSI ratings are for 100km/h, which is the maximum speed you should be travelling at in the UK, ahem...
Tyre Size: 165 R 13 Dia: 596 Width: 167 Load Index: 82 Load: 1045kg PSI: 36
Tyre Size:165 R 13 Dia: 596 Width: 167 Load Index: 86 Load: 1166kg PSI: 45
Tyre Size:165 R 13 6pr Dia: 596 Width: 167 Load Index: 91 Load: 1292kg PSI: 55
Tyre Size: 165 R 13 8pr Dia: 604 Width: 172 Load Index: 94 Load: 1407kg PSI: 67
All the best, Ben

Excellent - bookmarked!
I've always relied on the 'max pressure' on the sidewall if I could find it.
