Hahaha,no,bit of a long story but I used to navigate helicopters around the UK and carry out aerial surveys. This was taken nr Salisbury Plain, just north of Tidworth. The story was,one of our ground crew lost a Hi-lux in that washout in the photo. It usually floods there, and it stays shallow, however, the culvert had been washed out, and he ended up sat on the roof awaiting rescue.Luckily for him a tractor passing on the main road saw him go in and came to his rescue, allowing him to climb onto the bonnet of the tractor. This happened in the middle of winter and the poor old sod almost ended up in hospital with hypothermia. He was soaked, and the Toyota was a write off.

Yep I can vouch for the culvert being washed out...about 3/4 of the way across you do suddenly dip in deep (about halfway up the bonnet) probably where the pipe or whatever was washed out and away.
