hi all, im a new owner of a uk spec 80 BUT with 126,000 on the clock it needs a belt change (rather quickly) and a service....I could go to the main/stealer BUT would rather line the pocket of a fellow DIFFER-cruiser/owner.........who have you used or would recommend please

If you where a bit closer i would have done it for you,the timing belt is not a big job,...

When I saw the thread title I thought somebody was giving away beer tokens. How ya doing Rick?
I don't know what engine the LC80 has. If it is the same as the 2.4 Surf, then I would let my brother do it. If it is the same as the 3.0 2nd Gen I would attempt it myself. Not very helpful I know........

12 or 24 valve?
well regardless the cambelt is an easy job mate.....
You can probably do it yourself.....
I see your not to far from Julian though he will do it for ya...
should not be much either I paid £60 I think at West Coast 4x4 as they are local that is for a genuine belt too....
