im after some lanes around the local areas above,

must not be to hard due to im a complete novice Laughing


iv been looking on google earth and multi map,
does anyone know anything about this in Ibstock, it looks purpose built

hi...im from nuneaton.....a couple of years ago i did some lanes in the area with a few lads...but im not sure of their current status?
there was one that starts just up the road from twycross zoo....

the start is at 52 39 33.85N / 1 32 20.00W
you really need the o/s map and then check with the local authority as to the current status of the lanes.

yes thats still there, as thats the only one i found, + the ford at sheepy

Hi Dude.
That looks to me like Ellis town one of my haunts, has some good climbs/drops. Good little place for a couple of hours fun. I've also been using the lanes that go along the A444 & the ones up by Twycross zoo Cool Superb lanes.
We go out most Sundays & you're welcome to tag along, there's anything up to 9 motors going out & a few of us have decent winches as well.

the one up by twycross zoo is now partly tarmaced and been leveled out
and sheepy ford you get moaned at for digging away at the river banks

its parked on aldi car park as i spend most of my time up the gym.i,ve not been out lately as i,ve got to get her fixed loosing a lot of veg oil from my injector pump.but as soon as its fixed i.ll probably bump into you down some country lane.

get a os map explorer nuneaton and tamworth and you will have the lot on there grid ref sp 355/985 sp 353/986 sk319/028 sk311/033 sk312/070*
sk 324/069* sk343/808* sk 375/075* sk 403/082* do the ones with the star next to as some of the uthers are deep ruts. I no lots off lane so let me no how you get on and if you like we can go for a drive

Hi new to the forum and also from around here (nuneaton)was just trying to find some local lanes and come across this not sure if its to late to post on this topic ive found the land ranger map very useful found some good lanes with would much prefer to with someone who knows what they are doing as im also a novice maybe i should start a new topic ?
