is it possible to put a centre diff lock on a series 2a im thinking of putting a 3.5 v8 into it

You don't need a difflock on a 2a, when in 2 wheel drive the front prop is disconnected, and when in 4 wheel drive the front prop is locked straight through to the rear prop which is why you can't use 4wd on road.

Series 2 box is pretty strong and should be up to the power of the V8. You'll need a conversion plate to match the engine to box
