Im considering a unimog but dont know anything about them
landys inside out, Mogs not a clue.
where is a good place to start.
quite fancy the ability to live out of the back of it..
possibly detachable,
who knows i just fancy a change
any advice gratefully received

Keep an eye out for a stock 404.1 troopy - like this
you could ask andy at vk cars if he had any (http://www.vk-cars.com/) - we helped him get 5 out of bond a few years ago, very nice.
I think the radio boxes
are a bit heavy (the box is over a ton, sans fittings)
Definitely think 404 - they're lovely to drive and good to work on, very simple. If you have huge money, get a modern 1300 troop carrier with a box
- much bigger deal.

I love my 404 and tow a trailer with it which I am gonna convert to living. Thought about getting a box to go on the back - but the ability to detach the living at the mo is much more practicle.
