I have been busy making the Delica AKA the Bus how I like...
I think I'm about done....
from this...
to this...
some other "improvements"
Virtualy all done DIY
and not all on the outside
[img:68626271a8]http://i7.photobucket.com/albums/y299/strangerover/Delica/DVD/DSC02177.jpg[/img:68626271a8]
Hope you guys like it...
its never going to be a trialer...
but it is a capable off roader for green lanes and Pay'n'Play days,
but its also very comfortable on Tarmac were most 4x4 spend more than 50% of their time...
basics....
265/75/16 tyres, iron man kit, ARB locker and various protection bits make it fun....
I love the looks I get driving it.... its about 2.1 - 2.2m in height.... and that way I can get into most car parks with it !

Fair play, that looks good.
Practical daily drive and I'm told not too shabby off the tarmac as well!

Thanks for the comments...
before this I had messed with Rangies and Discos.... they were easy.. everything off the shelf !
This has been a lot of trial error and research but easy really....
here are 2 of my previous off roaders...
but before that I was into...
and
all of them where nice but the Delica gets the most looks from people and I think is slowly being my favourite due to the work I have done the hard way.....
e.g. up untill I fitted those tyres no one knew if they would fit !!!

you have had some cool toys love the gt4 always wanted one of those and they are such good value for money.
The delicia is very nice looks the dogs cannot wait for some action shots.

Very tidy and practical, well done. Plenty of room for a kip too.
I much prefer Forward Control FC or semi FC layouts, its good to see a Japanese FC off road vehicle.

on average 24mpg
it will run on bio or 30% SVO
If you do a few bits to it you can run on 100% SVO
I have had the injectors modded so I can run 75% SVO with no heating !!
