|
|
|
Hi, Can you help? We are looking for the cast inlet manifolds for all turbo diesel model Toyotas. This is to allow us to offer an exchange service for intercooler conversions. We need the cast alloy part that sits above the rocker cover. Most desperate would be for 12 and 24 valve models. Also useful would be the same part for the 3 litre. Currently we have to modify the customers manifold and is difficult to offer in kit form.

Assume you mean the 'intake pipe' shown here.
Sent you a pm.

Are you going to be including the 2.4L and 3.0L Surfs Andy?

I'd be interested in the intake pipe conversion. As Sarah knows, I've got an intercooler ready to fit, but havent got the courage to cut my intake pipe apart and reweld it!

Good question. Andy had my pipe link for ages so I assume he did make a pattern up...

I have a Volvo 760 turbo intercooler ready to fit in my LJ70 with the 2-LT 2.4td unit.
Well, with only 89hp, I've got to do something haven't I?
I used Allisport when I had my Disco and I must say the guys are a pleasure to do business with and their products are superb! Plus it made a massive difference to performance...
This latest project will be a "self build" though as funding is not as fluid as it was... I shall endeavour to take pictures when I start proceedings...
