Don't ask me how but i have acquired what appears to be a early 90 V8

It runs like crap and i don't think the centre difflock works

Anyone near the city of muchalls that can lend a hand some evening.

The runs like crap issue i belive is timing related, the difflock i haven't a clue

Well we have some progress

The difflock appears to work the problem was no electric string going to the switch on the transfer box:roll:

Dicovered why it smells funny as there is a dead robin behind the drivers seat.

Still runs like a bag of nails under load but think the overheating is due to a duff gauge as the infrared thermometer sayes it not so hot.

Got the clutch master cylinder stuck so stripped it down at which point it freed itself off an fired half the insides in the direction of stonehaven

Needs new shocks all round so might spend some money and buy a lift kit at the same time

You could save some money and go for police spec springs all round (speak to Mann Auto) these give about 1.5" lift and still flexible.

Well in true style the new bits have arrived on thursday

Boingy things almost fitted

Just that strange sparks and carbs engine to work out

If i get no luck i might drag it along anyway tomorrow and see if someone wiser then myself can stick their head under the bonnet
