Here are the wiring diagrams for UK 7 pin & Euro 13 pin sockets or plugs.

also worth adding that the same diagrams have been used to fit lights in to the rear door of my sj it made the job very simple as you can use normal 7 core trailer cable to extend through the car and into the rear door

its a dead simple easy to use diagram and i have used it a couple of times now
