hi could any one tell me if the back brakes on a g wagon can be changed from drum to disc how easy or hard

Ive looked in to this and recon the rear discs and calipers off a sprinter would
almost bolt on in fact the hole rear axle looks the same apart from maybe the width and the diff ratio

Yes. Peugeot 405 have a cable operated handbrake (check out G wagon u wont recognize) down the page .it uses 405's cant say how hard though, I'm sure G wizz will be along soon "the G wagon guru"know's all

How much should i pay for a set and do you now if theres any about and what ratio do thay have
I have a chance of a 280 GE on a 81 (x reg) the guy seems to think the ratio is 4.9 dose this sound about right.

you want some 463 axles as the props have the same rotation unless you want to get into rotating diff carriers! i know of a pair and lots of other G bits I'll e-mail the man
