just bought the thing so i thought id give it a try so what should i not do
i was planning on putting around 15 ltrs in per tank of derv is this ok ? also who do i pay the duty to and when plus ive heard loads of people saying :
my engine is quieter
i have more power
etc
etc
is this bull crap help please before i pour some in

Nobby,
A guy I work with has been running a pajero/shogun on 100% veg, the only thing he noticed was that he needed to keep the rev's a little higher on a cold start up as it stalled for first couple of min's or so.

Chip SPAM is beef dripping, I have no idea if diesels run on this...

Be very careful,as depending on the age of your truck it may have rubber fuel lines which the veg oil will rot in no time and there are also polymerisation issues where unburnt veg will bake onto your cylinders gum up the rings and find it's way into the sump oil making it thicker eventually causing engine damage. yes many people do run on 100% or a 50/50 mix but they are living on borrowed time. The safest route is to install a twin tank system.
