just bought a wrangler sport unlimeted ,, they seem to be awesome off road, are there many in uk yet???

Not yet seen any in the dealers or the road for that matter.
Jeep dealers round here dont seam to care about the Wrangler , which is a pity as its a blinkin good car.
Drove an Unlimited a few weeks ago and i have to say Jeep have got it right with this one.
If the Jeep dealers and Jeep uk actuly got there act together on letting the public know it exists in fact just getting there dealers to know what they are selling would help then the likes of Land Rover would have a serously dangerous compeditor to deal with.
I know soon as i can i will be getting one.As long as theres any used ones on the market to by in a few years time, which i doubt as Jeep wint shift any if there dealers dont get there butt's in gear.
(do you get the feeling i am less than happy with the way the main dealers behave ?)

Went to my main Jeep dealer yesterday, he told me that he's had 4 in over the last couple of weeks, but they've been snapped up almost straight away! He was very frustrated as he can't get them in quick enough, and that they're limited in numbers!

Thats a pity cos i think they will sell well. Cheper than a Defender with the same towing capacity and more comfy.
Not even going to rant about the way it takes off or what it can do off road.
JEEP GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER WAVEY WANTS ONE (well when they become second hand that is  )

yes,, we got the first unlimited in ireland,, seems they are hard to get yet,, in 4 door form anyway,, very happy with it, actually its my gf who uses it,, i have a pathfinder,, its like a mini hummer to look at, quite rugged in style,, have to try it off road when she aint lookin,, see how it compares to my nivas,, they are better than the pathfinder off road, but i have a feelin the wrangler will be much better,,,
wish we had better weather to run with the hard top off, it looks much tougher with the roof off,

Well i correct my self .drove past my local Jeep dealer today and there was a nice shiney rescue green Unlimited CRD in the window.
So they now have one and i want it.
Heave a feeling the piggy bank isnt big enough

| That looks like a very neat rig, as Wavey said we don't seem to see many Wranglers for some reason. My local Jeep stealer is stacked to the rafters with Commanders and little else.

its a bit longer than my pathfinder, it is quite a big thing,, everyone here stares at it, it the only one that came to our area yet,, at 44.000 euro its a bit much, at least in uk it will be cheaper,

as far as the unlimited goes, it's the biggest hit here since.....I can't remember the last car that was this huge, Chrysler cannot keep up with demand, people here in the states have waiting times of 6 months and this is in their new facility doing overtime. Let alone going over seas.

so it looks like we will have the only one here for a while,,, the dealer said he was tryin to get 1 and was havin to fight for it,, it had just arrived at the show room when we were passing and herself went wild ,, i think wet herself is the word,, so thats why e have it,, we traded a kia sorento for it,, the kia was more civilised and had more toys,, but that jeep is so cool with the roof off, doors can come off too,,, but for highway use i think not,,, she used to drive my pathfinder but not anymore,,
its impressive,, people here are calling it a mini hummer,, lol
