is it binding or rattling?
Binding suggests too bigger angle rattling suggests knackered ujs? Did you rotate the diff when welding on perches Pics would help |

I'm using 1.2mm steel, which seems a lot thicker than the standard bodywork metal thickness. It should weld OK at that thickness I would check the welder and make sure it is working OK. It does ... |

I seem to remember reading you have to bleed the compensator as well???
Looking rears is the only prob I read about. |

thats what i thought!! but mine is definately narrower than my swb!
If I were you I would check for accident damage, measure across the chassis diagonally to check or you could be going up the road ... |
