I have 35's on my 200tdi 110.

its got a 3 inch suspension lift and they fit ok. Bit of scuffing on full articulation but otherwise ok.

yep either the bearing is seised or its way out of alignment.
take the belt off and see if the pully turns freely when its warm.

It sounds like a cv joint.

DO NOT enguage diff lock put it in 1st with the engine running let the clutch up if you have no drive the front prop shaft should be spinning. Get someone to have a look ...

Air pressure inside the snorkel is atmospheric. The vacuum is after the throttle. Inside or outside as you see fit.

When looking from the front of the engine, turn the crank untill the 1st rocker is fully down. Rocker #8 (right at the back nearest to the bulkhead) will now be fully up so set this one.(rule of 9)

My disco had a 3 inch susention lift and a 2 inch body lift and ran fine.
Took the front arb off but left the rear on.
Fitted Bearmach heavy duty springs and OME shocks.

The 38mm is a typing error, for some rerason it keep poping up on ebay every now and again.

I wouldnt use threaded rod in place of bolts as its far to soft. You will need hi tenstile bolts.
