No, the slight rearward movement will be taken by the drive shafts. The position of the wheels is fixed by the control arms(assuming it's on a Vit, that is).

It's the 29" tyres and 3" calmini lift that give it the look. Also the late front grille updates the look because the early grille was very eighties style.
