or air locked . did you fill the rad through the bleed plug . then through the stat housing bleed screw . sounds backwards i know but ... |

| you can sort this your self , buy the kit and remember to use loads of grease to catch the swarf , you won`t get it all but you will get the majority of it , any tiny bits won`t make any difference . | |
