My EFI 90 uses a Range Rover pump in the tank.

The pick up pipe is too short so it was lengthened with some hose.

Agreed. Similar size tyres on mine with no need to lift it.
I spent my money on longer travel suspension for better articulation instead.

What AFM do you have? As it is a 3.9 I would guess it is a hot wire type.
They tend to survive a back fire. The older flapper type is more fragile and they do die even without a back fire.

No bad thing in my opinion. I like the RR Sport, but I would not pay a premium for it. I would rather have the same platform in the form of a D4.

The rubber turbo inlet hose can delaminate internally so it collapses as you reve the engine and chokes off the power. Take it off and take a look.
