Those tyres look like Proper Simex, so they will be either 35/11.5 or 35/10.5 on either 15 or 16" wheels, properly 16's as they look like Mach 5's.

If you really want to go overkill but do a good job, you could strip it and rebuild using high quality grease and sealing up all the joints, mating flanges.

yeah its my understanding that they rotate the axle anti clockwise so that the spring seats etc are the same as standard. but your suspension is 2 inch's higher.
